Xian Hosen’s team-building exercises would have to start at the very beginning, he told FoxNews.com.

“We are going to push young women who know nothing about science and technology to the limit.”

Dr. Sager said she hopes their research will inspire the next generation of scientists.

“We’re just talking about one part of this whole story in terms of what’s taking place in the female sphere,” she said. “What you’re going to see in the future are more and more females in the sciences who are empowered to do their thing, and what they’re doing is empowering young women.”
